Hadas specializes in civil litigation in labor courts and before all judicial instances, including hearings, disciplinary proceedings, class action suits, as well as arbitration and mediation. She advises on managing the litigation process and represents her clients in personal claims, employer-employee relations, dismissals, manpower downsizing, discrimination, equal opportunity in the workplace, and prevention of sexual harassment.
Hadas consults her clients on all areas of labor laws, including issues relating to employment contracts, retirement and employment termination, compensation plans for senior employees, non-competition and confidentiality clauses, and human resources policies.
Among her clients are companies from various sectors, including industry, hi-tech, construction, agriculture, food and marketing chains, restaurants, retirement homes, nursing companies, and human resources recruitment and placement.
Prior to joining our firm, Hadas worked in a law firm specializing in immigration, corporate, litigation and labor laws. She also interned in in the field of class actions and employment.
