Adv. Bat-El Ovadia has extensive experience handling a wide range of real estate transactions. She provides ongoing legal counsel in all aspects of real estate and accompanies projects and transactions in the fields of residential, commercial, office, and hospitality real estate.
Bat-El represents, among others, purchasing groups as well as landowners in combination transactions, and is involved in real estate projects throughout all stages — from planning and development, financing, and taxation, through marketing, and up to the final registration of the project. Within this framework, she manages all legal aspects relating to the project, including drafting and negotiating agreements and handling various legal procedures. She has substantial experience working with governmental authorities, including the Tax Authority and the Israel Land Authority.
In addition, Bat-El handles complex real estate transactions, including lease and sale agreements, combination transactions, agreements with contractors and suppliers, marketing agreements, financing processes, bank сопров, project registration, and real estate taxation matters, including tax calculations and capital gains tax assessments.
