    Adv. Eli Hirsch specializes in corporate and commercial law.
    Eli provides ongoing legal consultancy for mergers and acquisitions, active purchase transactions, founders and shareholders agreements, legal support of joint ventures, drafting franchise agreements, corporate governance, and providing legal advice to a wide range of clients.
    Eli specializes in representing leading business entities and business persons, particularly in the restaurant industry.
    Prior to joining our firm, Eli served as an attorney at one of Israel’s leading law offices.
