Michael specializes in providing consulting services to Israeli and international clients on commercial transactions, financing transactions by investment funds and private entrepreneurs, and transactions of different nature in a variety of different industries including high-tech, biomed and internet.
Michael provides as well ongoing legal advice in various areas of commercial law to private and public companies, venture capital funds and startup companies. In this framework, he accompanies companies in handling various matters related to their business activities in Israel and abroad and eventually in preparing them for an initial public offering.
