Adv. Shaike Rakovski specializes in torts, insurance and litigation. He provides ongoing legal counsel and accompanies his clients in the various courts of law and before all legal instances.
Shaike provides the firm’s clients with legal advice on claims for all types of insurance - life insurance, terminal illnesses, loss of working capacity, health, business insurance - fire, property and accident damages. He also accompanies claims against pension funds - disability and family members penions and assists in realizing employees’ rights against pension funds and insurance companies.
Shaike serves as legal advisor to D.N.R Insurance Agency Ltd., one of the largest insurance groups in Israel, incorporating over 300 agencies and agents nationwide.
Moreover, Shaike accompanies inter-agent transactions, purchase of insurance files, mergers and acquisitions in the field of insurance, sale of reputation, licensing and establishing insurance agencies, etc.
Shaike is a member of the Bar Association Insurance Committee.
