Michelle advises companies on establishment issues, capital raising, initial public offerings (IPOs), secondary offerings and mergers and acquisitions transactions while providing ongoing advice to the board of directors and handling other legal matters. She as well accompanies public companies in various dual listings transactions on the International Stock Exchange in Israel, USA and Canada.
Furthermore, Michelle represents startups and Hi-Tech companies in the framework of private offerings, investment and M&A transactions and on the execution of various agreements.
Michelle immigrated to Israel from Toronto, Canada and is a native English speaker.
