Barak advises the companies and provides advice to the officers of the companies on M&A, initial public offerings on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, stakeholder transactions, and corporate governance.
As part of his current work, Barak also serves as a legal examiner for several underwriters in the capital market for companies preparing to raise capital. He also assists companies with various business contracts as well as ongoing legal matters relating to their employees.
He represents international and Israeli clients in all areas of corporate and commercial law, including startups from their inception through initial capital raising and ongoing legal advice.
