    Attorney Yoni Batsha is an attorney in the Litigation Department of our firm specializing in providing legal advice to the firm's clients in a wide range of civil and commercial legal disputes.
    Yoni accompanies the client through all stages of managing the legal dispute (even before filing a claim), while mediating the legal and commercial implications, and building an action plan tailored to the client's needs.
    Yoni provides legal advice and support to the firm's clients in civil and commercial litigation proceedings in the courts of various instances, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
     
    Amit holds particular expertise in submitting Supreme Court petitions in constitutional law and administrative law dealing with the operations of various government authorities, including government ministries, their subordinate government organizations, local government and statutory bodies.

    University of Haifa, LL.B. 2024
     
    Membership in the Bar Association:
