    Advocate – Tax Litigation and White-Collar Crime
    Adi Stainer - Zitzman is an associate in our firm’s Tax Litigation and White-Collar Crime Department.
    Adi provides legal counsel and representation in complex civil and criminal litigation cases, with a focus on tax offenses and money laundering. She also represents clients in assessment proceedings, objections, and tax appeals before various judicial instances.
    Adi specializes in advising clients before tax authorities and law enforcement agencies, ranging from the investigation stages to the formulation of legal strategies and representation in pre-indictment hearings and criminal proceedings. Her expertise spans a wide range of economic offenses, including anti-money laundering (AML), omission of income, and VAT and Income Tax violations.
    Furthermore, Adi possesses specialized expertise in representing claimants in Property Tax (Mas Rechush) claims before the Compensation Fund. In this capacity, she manages proceedings involving direct and indirect damages that include extensive tortious and financial components, focusing on the exhaustion of rights and securing optimal compensation settlements for the firm's clients.
