Adv. Igal Rosenberg specializes in civil and commercial law and management of civil legal disputes.
Igal provides legal consultancy to the firm’s clients in civil and commercial litigation proceedings in various instances of Israeli legal system, as well as in arbitration and mediation processes. Igal guides the client through all stages of litigation, from defining the legal strategy to the appeal proceedings.
Igal’s experience includes representation of companies in a broad range of disputes, including civil and commercial disputes, shareholders disputes, financial claims, class action suits, disputes between commercial corporations and individuals, real estate, tenders, insurance laws, labor laws, and other fields of law. Igal also holds significant representation experience in administrative proceedings, and in proceedings before Planning and Building Committees.
Igal heads our firm’s Russia Desk and has vast experience in managing litigation proceedings for international clients in English and Russian.
