Adv. Yaron Tikotzky has extensive experience in all facets of the real-estate industry, and specializes in real estate development, finance, planning and construction, real-estate taxation and litigation. Yaron manages and accompanies complex real-estate projects, including residential projects, commercial real-estate, offices as well as urban renewal projects.
Yaron provides hands-on and personal service to his clients and is involved in all aspects related to real-estate transactions, from the initial development stage, approval of plans and receipt of building permits, negotiations, finance, project development and marketing, land taxation, up to the receipt of all required approvals and registration of rights. As part of this service, Yaron provides ongoing legal and commercial counsel to some of the largest real-estate companies in Israel, investors, developers, contractors, purchase groups, real-estate funds and local municipalities.
Yaron represents construction companies and developers on income-producing real estate transactions and residential projects, and provides them with ongoing legal consulting on all matters pertaining to purchase agreement, registration of rights and leasing of properties.
Yaron also accompanies developers, contractors and tenants on urban renewal projects and accompanies large-scale “vacating and constructing” and “NOP 38” projects. Yaron accompanies the clients throughout the project’s life cycle. Among others, Yaron is involved in several projects nation-wide: from Nahariya and the Krayot in the north, through Haifa, Hadera, Herzliya, Raanana, Hod Hasharon, Kfar Saba, Petach Tikwa, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Tel Aviv, Rishon Lezion, Holon, Bat-Yam, Rehovot and Lod - ending with Kiryat Gat, Beer Sheba and Eilat in the south.
Yaron also handles litigation related to real-estate and provides his clients with consulting on legal disputes concerning rights in land, dissolution of partnerships, use and possession of land, trespassing, disputes between partners, building defects, etc. Yaron appears before all judicial instances and administrative committees as well as participates and leads mediation and arbitration processes.
Yaron has led and handled dozens of complex and broad scale projects of development companies such as the Dunietz Brothers., Nitsba Group, Aura Israel, Canaan Group, Chen & Itay Gindi, as well as development ventures such as the 1200 complex in Hod Hasharon, Neve Dekalim in west Rishon Lezion, the Cinema City complex and its attached centers in west Rishon Lezion, the Smart Towers project in Ramat Gan, the 1000 district in Rishon Lezion, and more.
Yaron serves as Chairman of the Tel Aviv District Tax Committee and as Chairman of the Appeals Committee for Municipal Taxes.
Before founding the Firm, Yaron worked for the Ministry of Justice and served as prosecutor for the Fiscal Department of the State Attorney’s Office
