Adv. Eliezer (Eli) Kulas is a notary, mediator, partner and founder with vast legal and public experience.
Eli served in a large number of governmental and public roles. Among them are Israeli Parliament (Knesset) member; Chair of the Constitution, Law and Justice Committee; member of the Economics Committee; member of the Labor & Welfare Committee; Chair of the Knesset Audit Committee; Chair of the Knesset Members Ethics Committee (10th and 11th parliaments); senior consultant to the Minister of Construction and Housing; senior consultant to the Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism; and Commissioner of the Trade, Crafts, and Light Industry Department in the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Eli has also served as chairman of Board of the Bank of Agriculture; chairman of the Board of Hi Center - the Center of Business Entrepreneurship Ltd; and serves as a director for many companies. He is a Haifa Municipality council member, a member of the city’s Planning & Construction Committee, chairman of the Tenders Committee, and chairman of Haifa Municipality’s Foreign Liaison Committee.
Adv. Kulas has rich experience in handling civil and public legal issues relating to administrative and commercial areas. He specializes in establishing new enterprises and assisting businesses experiencing difficulties. Eli has provided legal counsel to international projects and foreign enterprises in Israel, as well as to Israeli enterprises abroad.
