Advocate Giora Gutman is a Senior Partner in our firm. He heads the capital markets and securities department, and specializes in corporate law, securities, and corporate financing. He provides consultancy to leading public and private companies on issues related to securities and local regulatory matters.
Giora provides close support to Israeli and foreign companies operating in the capital markets, offering legal consulting on a wide range of issues related to raising capital and debt, public offerings, including prospectuses and proposals to the public, corporate governance, enforcement plans, shareholder disputes, as well as various regulatory issues.
Giora represents our clients in proceedings before the Securities Authority and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, the Capital Market Authority, the Government Companies Authority, and the Supervisor of Banks. Among Giora’s clients are some of Israel’s most well-known public companies and corporations in the sectors of industry, hi-tech, biotechnology, real estate, trade, shipping, and others.
Giora also provides ongoing consultancy to all underwriting organizations in Israel on proceedings related to capital raising and debt from the Israeli and international public, and consults on due diligence for prospectuses and transactions.
In addition to his work in the field of capital markets and securities, Giora consults our clients on legal issues related to their ongoing commercial and business activities, and guides them on processes of mergers and acquisitions, investments, tenders, joint ventures, and structural changes.
