Rachel (Goren) Cavallero is a senior partner at DTKGG. Ms. Cavallero joined Kantor & Co. in 2003 and became a partner in July 2004. Rachel is the head of the HIGH-TECH and Venture Capital Department of the Firm. 

Ms. Cavallero focuses her practice in the areas of Corporate Law, Corporate Finance, Private Equity Financing, Venture Capital Financings, International Transactions, Strategic Alliances, Licensing and IP Commercialization, Biotechnology and Biopharmaceutical Ventures, High-tech and Communications Ventures and Mergers and Acquisitions.
