Omri provides our firm’s clients with advice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation in various court instances, as well as in mediation and arbitration proceedings. He guides clients through all stages of the legal proceedings, structuring a legal strategy to match the client’s needs.
His experience includes representing companies in a broad array of disputes, such as civil disputes, commercial disputes, shareholders’ disputes, financial claims, commercial disputes between corporations and individuals, real estate, tenders, intellectual property, class action suits, and more.
Omri also has significant experience in administrative litigation, and particularly in representing individuals and corporations in administrative appeals, including in relation to issues concerning planning and construction, tenders, etc.
